Now that Tasks has rolled out of beta, it’s fully integrated into your ChatGPT conversations.

You don’t need to switch models or open a separate tool, just mention a recurring request naturally (“send me new post ideas every Monday”), and ChatGPT will offer to create the task for you. You can manage or adjust it anytime under Settings → Schedule. (PRO members: see the lesson on Tasks here.)

This week’s demo shows how to use it to automate your LinkedIn content pipeline: every week, ChatGPT gathers key news from credible sources, drafts thoughtful post ideas in your tone, and delivers them right on schedule.

As we heard in our LinkedIn Masterclass, posting consistently on LinkedIn has been one of the most critical strategy to build credibility and personal branding.

It means no more blank-page Mondays, no more scrambling for something insightful to share.

Instead, you get a steady stream of smart, timely content ideas, all grounded in the latest industry developments and tailored to your own voice. It keeps your profile active, your thinking visible, and your presence consistent.

Tutorial: Automate Your LinkedIn Content Creation

Step 1: Paste your main prompt

Start by giving ChatGPT a clear, complete request that includes both what you want and when you want it.

“Every Monday at 10 AM, propose 3 LinkedIn post ideas based on last week’s news from credible tech sources like OpenAI, Google, TechCrunch AI, and The Verge. Write them in an executive tone with bullet points and a short personal reflection.”

ChatGPT will automatically recognize it as a recurring task and create a task schedule for you. You can click “Allow” desktop notifications to receive notification for the task deliverables.

Step 2: Add your tone and structure

Now that your task has been created, it’s time to shape the style and voice of your posts.

Tone guidelines (paste into task):

• Begin each draft with a short personal story, reflection, or moment of observation.
• Focus on what the news means for business, teams, or leadership — not the technical details.
• Avoid corporate jargon, filler adjectives, and emoji.
• Write in short paragraphs and clear bullet points for scanability.
• Vary tone weekly, one reflective, one curious, one decisive.

Post structure (paste into task):

Opening reflection (1–3 lines), Starter story

Key takeaways or insights (3–4 concise bullets)
Why it matters (1–2 lines)
#Hashtag1 #Hashtag2 #Hashtag3
Read: [source]

Step 3: Ask for a demo deliverable

Once your task is set up, ask ChatGPT to show an example of the task deliverable. This gives you a quick sense of tone, structure, and relevance so you can fine-tune before it starts running automatically.

“Can you give me a demo task deliverable for this week?”

ChatGPT will generate three ready-to-post LinkedIn drafts based on recent credible news, showing you exactly how your weekly content will look.

Step 4: Refine based on the results

When reviewing the deliverable demo, keep the conversation going with ChatGPT on how to make it better and more suitable to your objectives.

Review the output and adjust your instructions:

“Blend the different parts cohesively.”
“Add a personal story.”
“Include more leadership takeaways.”
“Add source links.”
“Keep it under 150 words.”

Each time you tweak the prompt, ChatGPT learns your preferences for future weeks.

Step 5: Manage and evolve your workflow

Once you’re happy, the task runs automatically.

You can view, pause, or edit your content tasks anytime at the “Schedule” tab on your desktop’s interface or chat.openai.com/schedules.

Pro tip: Create one task for Tech & AI and another for Leadership & Strategy. ChatGPT will keep them running in parallel and deliver both every Monday morning.

Now you’ve got a steady flow of post-ready ideas, customized, credible, and consistent.

Every week, I report on the top updates to your favorite AI tools.

This week, it's definitely the era of agents:

Google’s Veo 3.1 updates in Flow

Google announced an update to its generative video ecosystem: the release of the Veo 3.1 model and new creative tools inside its filmmaking platform Flow. Here are the key take-aways for senior executives and strategic decision-makers:

  • Richer audio + enhanced realism: Veo 3.1 brings audio generation that’s synchronized with vide, such as dialogue, ambient sound, SFX, and tighter fidelity in visuals and narrative control.
  • More granular creative control: Inside Flow you get features like:
    • “Ingredients to Video” (plug multiple reference images to direct characters, objects, style)
    • “Frames to Video” (specify a start and end image and let the model generate the transition)
    • “Extend” or “Scene Extension” (take the last second of a clip and generate additional time/seamless continuation)
  • Insert & Remove Objects: Flow allows for editing of generated videos by adding new elements (“Insert”) or removing undesired ones (“Remove”) with reconstructed background/lighting handling.

Veo 3.1 is accessible both via the consumer app and through the Gemini API and Vertex AI for developers/enterprises.

Claude meets Microsoft 365

Claude now integrates with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) through Anthropic’s MCP (Model Context Protocol) connector, enabling it to search and analyze documents, email threads and chat conversations directly from within your existing productivity stack.

This opens a strategic opportunity for your organization, enabling Claude to surface insights across large internal datasets and become an operative part of your knowledge workflows.

Anthropic’s lightweight model Claude Haiku 4.5

Anthropic has released its latest lightweight model, Claude Haiku 4.5, which delivers performance comparable to its larger Sonnet 4 model at roughly one-third the cost and more than twice the speed. Designed for high-throughput scenarios, Haiku 4.5 can be spun up in parallel, making it ideal for large-scale deployments in workflows like code generation, document synthesis and long-context tasks.

Anthropic introduces “Skills” for Claude to tailor enterprise workflows

Anthropic is launching a new modular feature called “Skills” that allows developers and business teams to package instructions, scripts and resources into self-contained bundles that the Claude agent will load when appropriate.

This makes Claude far more applicable in enterprise settings, whether automating spreadsheets, enforcing brand guidelines, or embedding domain-specific logic, without needing to retrain the core model.

Google Gemini in Gmail: “Help me schedule” makes meeting scheduling easy

Gmail has added a new Gemini-powered feature, “Help me schedule,” which automatically detects when you’re setting up a meeting in an email, suggests available time slots based on your Google Calendar and the email’s context, and inserts them into the message for the recipient to pick from.

Once the recipient chooses a slot, the invite is created for both parties with no back-and-forth.
