Import an ics file into your calendar
- Google Calendar (web):Download the ics file → Google Calendar → “+” next to Other calendars → Import → Upload ics file → Choose calendar.
- Outlook (web / Microsoft 365):Download the ics file → Outlook Calendar → Add calendar → Upload from file → Upload ics file → Import.
- Outlook (desktop app):Download the ics file → File → Open & Export → Import/Export → Import an iCalendar (ics) → Select file.
