Henrik brings over 20 years of leadership experience in Fortune 500 environments, both as a senior strategy consultant and as an executive leading large-scale global operations.
Most recently, he oversaw strategy for Sodexo, a 65,000-employee business operating across 18 countries and generating $300 million in annual revenue.
Eighteen months ago, Henrik entered Lead With AI’s executive program with the same questions many leaders face: What does AI mean for my role? Is it automation, or something deeper?
Through structured analysis, hands-on experimentation, and the augmented-executive coaching model, he redesigned the way he operated, becoming more strategic, effective, and energized.
