LeadOS Privacy Policy

Effective date: 1st July 2026

FlexOS Global Pte. Ltd. a company incorporated in Singapore (trading as “Lead with AI”; “we”, “us”, “our”), operates the LeadOS platform. This policy explains how we handle your personal data. It is issued under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA); where we process the personal data of individuals in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, we also apply the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

When you use LeadOS, we collect the information you provide during the Intake interview and account setup, including your name and email, your role and organization, your goals and current tools, together with the interview audio, transcript, and the personalized outputs we generate for you (your Blueprint and Prompt Guide).

Why we use it

To deliver the Intake interview and generate your personalized outputs, to give you access to them, to operate and secure the platform, and to meet our legal obligations. Under the GDPR, our legal bases are performance of our contract, our legitimate interests in running the service, and your consent where required (for example, voice recording). Under the PDPA, we process personal data with your consent and for purposes a reasonable person would consider appropriate.

Where it is stored

The LeadOS platform stores and processes participant data within the EU/EEA. Our AI model provider, OpenAI, acts as a data processor under its Data Processing Addendum and may process interview content on infrastructure outside the EEA, including the United States; such transfers are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. OpenAI's business and API services are configured not to use our data for model training by default.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the platform (including hosting, storage, and AI model processing), under contract and on a least-privilege basis. A list of our named service providers is available on request.

How long we keep it

Interview checkpoints expire automatically after 30 days. Your Blueprint and Prompt Guide are kept for as long as needed to deliver the program and support your access, then removed or archived in line with the applicable customer agreement.

How we protect it

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encryption of data in transit and at rest and least-privilege access controls.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and where the GDPR applies, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, or request portability. To exercise a right, or for any privacy question, contact us at [email protected].

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the effective date above shows the latest version.
