Hear from every employee about how they work with AI.
We interview your employees through adaptive AI voice conversations and turn what they tell us into evidence leadership can act on.
Employee Intelligence is step 02 of the Lead with AI Transformation System.

Few leaders know how far their people have come with AI.
Every employee you select is invited to a voice interview in which an AI interviewer follows up on each answer. Taken together, the conversations answer questions most organizations cannot answer today:
How far along are our people with AI, really?
Who is progressing, and who is falling behind?
Where are the biggest opportunities to improve work?
What is blocking adoption?
Does our AI strategy match how people actually work?
What can you learn from your employees?
All four applications use the same interview method. Each one explores a different question and ends in a different report.
AI Opportunity Census
Where are the biggest opportunities to improve work with AI?
Employees tell us how they spend their time, which tasks feel repetitive or frustrating, and where they already use AI. We look for patterns by function and role and count how often each opportunity comes up.
The executive readout includes an opportunity map by function and a prioritized shortlist, with employee evidence behind each item.
The study includes workflow discovery, and a deeper analysis of specific processes is available as an add-on. It does not replace process mining, systems analysis, or technical feasibility testing.
AI Fluency & Readiness Baseline
What can employees do with AI today, and where do they need support?
Employees describe what they currently do with AI, how confident they feel, and where they get stuck. We map their answers onto the Lead with AI Fluency Matrix by role and function.
You get a fluency map by role, the main capability gaps, and the enablement priorities we recommend.
Skill levels are self-reported and are not certified. The study does not include training.
AI Strategy Reality Check
Does our AI strategy match employees' actual needs and workflows?
We ask how the AI priorities leadership has communicated show up in people's daily work, and what they would need to act on them. Then we compare those priorities with what employees describe, including friction, support or resistance, and opportunities leadership has overlooked.
Leadership receives a gap analysis between its priorities and frontline reality, along with strategic questions backed by employee evidence.
The study does not produce a full corporate AI strategy or roadmap.
AI Adoption & Impact Baseline
Are employees using AI, and what benefits or barriers are they experiencing?
We ask which AI tools people use, how often and for what, and how their working time and the quality of their work have changed. Then we compare adoption, reported benefits, and blockers across groups.
The report shows current adoption patterns and gives you a baseline to measure future change against.
Because impact is self-reported, it shows the direction of change and does not verify ROI.
If you choose more than one application, we add its questions to the same interview, so each employee is interviewed only once.
How does an Employee Intelligence study run?
A full study takes about nine weeks from kickoff to the executive workshop. About half of that time goes into preparation and analysis, because good findings depend on asking the right questions and getting enough employees to take part.
Onboarding
We hold a kickoff with your sponsor and interview four to six senior leaders about their goals and AI priorities. Together we agree who to invite, and your HR, IT, and legal teams start the data protection review.
Question design
We write the interview guide for the applications you chose, set up the voice interviewer, and test it with 10 to 15 employees. Your sponsor signs off before launch.
Launch and communications
Employees take part when they trust the process, so we work with your communications team on a sponsor message, a manager briefing, and an FAQ that explains anonymity and how the data is used. If a works council needs to be consulted, that happens in this phase.
Interviews
Each invited employee has about two weeks to complete the interview whenever it suits them. We track completion by group and send targeted reminders through your channels.
Analysis
We code and segment the interviews, look for patterns by function and role, and run quality checks. Halfway through, we share early findings with your sponsor so the final report answers the questions leadership cares about most.
Reporting and readout
You review a draft report, then receive the final version with the completion rate and methodology. At the executive workshop, leadership agrees on priorities and next steps.
Where should you start?
Each engagement has a fixed fee for the agreed scope, set out in your proposal.
A full research study covers one application across all the employees you select and takes about nine weeks from kickoff to executive workshop. Additional applications extend the same interview.
An AI Insight Sprint is a smaller pilot of one application in one function, for up to 250 employees, and takes four to five weeks. If you buy a full study within 90 days, half of the Sprint fee counts toward it.
A Quarterly Intelligence Pulse repeats the research after a full study, so you can see what has changed since the first round.
Frequently asked questions
How is this different from an employee survey?
A survey asks everyone the same fixed questions. Our AI interviewer follows up on each answer, so leadership hears the reasons behind the patterns in each function and role.
How do you handle employee trust and data protection?
Your HR, IT, and legal teams start a data protection review in the first week. Before launch, we work with your communications team on a manager briefing and an FAQ that explains anonymity and how the data is used. We also consult works councils or employee representatives where needed.
How long does it take?
A full study takes about nine weeks from kickoff to executive workshop, and an AI Insight Sprint takes four to five weeks. Works council consultation, data protection approvals, multiple languages or countries, and slow sign-offs can each add one to three weeks.
How reliable is self-reported data?
The interviews record what employees experience and report. Every final report states the completion rate and the methodology, so leadership can judge how much weight each finding deserves.
What do you need from our team?
You provide a sponsor, the employee list, and support from HR, IT, legal, and communications for the privacy review, the launch messages, and the reminders. We handle the research design, analysis, quality checks, and executive readout.
Find out where your people really are with AI.
You can start with one application across your organization or with an AI Insight Sprint in a single function.
