The session runs twice: 10 AM CET / 5 PM SGT and 10 AM ET / 4 PM CET.
This and all live sessions are recorded.
Track 1: The AI Landscape. Top 1% AI leaders don't pick one tool and stay there. You'll learn how ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, and Claude each think differently, and how to use "cognitive diversification", deliberately running a second model to fact-check outputs, challenge assumptions, and expose blind spots.
Track 2: Advanced Models. Every platform now offers a more capable tier: Thinking, Pro, Opus. These aren't faster; they're more thorough. You'll learn what they're built for, when to use them, and how to treat them as a decision-support engine for your highest-stakes work.
Track 1: CODO SuperPrompting. The single biggest upgrade to how you work with AI. You'll learn to prompt like you delegate: giving AI the right character, objective, guardrails, and output spec so the first draft is already close to usable. Apply it directly to a real task from your own work.
Track 2: Advanced Prompt Engineering. Four techniques for getting higher-quality output on complex work: iterative refinement, asking for options across a range, Chain of Thought (prescribe the path, not just the destination), and few-shot prompting (show AI what good looks like instead of explaining it).
Most leaders still prompt AI like a vending machine: type text, get output, clean it up. Multimodal changes that. You stop describing your work and start showing it.
Track 1: Prompting with Artifacts. Drop in a screenshot, PDF, slide deck, or photo of a whiteboard instead of spending paragraphs explaining context. You'll learn the Observe/Interpret/Transform/Verify framework for working from the same source material as AI, eliminating what we call the "translation tax."
Track 2: Voice AI. Two modes worth mastering: Voice as a thinking partner, where you talk through a problem in real time, interrupt, redirect, and keep moving without losing momentum; and AI Dictation, where you speak loosely and AI infers intent to produce clean, structured output without manual editing.
Track 3: Screen and Video Sharing. The shift from "ask and wait" to live collaboration. You'll use Gemini Live and ChatGPT Video to share your screen or camera feed and get real-time feedback on a deck, dashboard, or document without typing a word of context. AI sees what you see and responds like a colleague on a video call.
Most leaders optimize for getting faster at work that shouldn't exist in its current form. This lesson delivers three mindset shifts and two frameworks to act on them.
GED-RT identifies your highest-leverage AI candidates; O.V.E.R. breaks any workflow into atomic steps so you can assign AI a narrow job with a defined output and an explicit review gate.
In our first official live session, we'll work together along a group of global peers to build your first Personal Board of Directors Assistant (via a GPT, Gem, or Project), moving from one-off chats to a reusable assistant that understands your "Do’s and Don’ts" and your specific output requirements.
We will end with Q&A for Week 1 lessons and instructions for Week 2.
The session runs twice: 10 AM CET / 5 PM SGT and 10 AM ET / 4 PM CET.
This and all live sessions are recorded.
In this lesson, we get rid of having to re-explain your role, context, and constraints to AI every single time.
Reusable assistants convert your best CODO prompts into standing instructions inside Custom GPTs, Gemini Gems, Copilot Agents, or Claude Projects, so your AI assistant is pre-briefed every time you open it.
Until now, AI only worked when you did.
This day makes the shift to proactive AI: work that runs on a trigger, makes a decision, and delivers output whether you're at your desk or not.
You'll build your Insight Assistant, a scheduled briefing on the topics that matter most to your role, using the trigger, decision, action model across ChatGPT Tasks, Gemini Scheduled Actions, Copilot Prompts, or Google Flows.
Plus real-world demos: "The Sensemaker" by Jill Kavanaugh (Boston Children's Hospital) and "Warm Intros" by Roland Blanton (Google).
Deep Research is the shift from fast Q&A to agentic investigation: a single prompt triggers multiple targeted searches, cross-checks sources, and synthesizes a structured, citation-backed brief.
You'll build your Personal Research Agent across ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, or NotebookLM; a diligent analyst on any topic, available 24/7.
Bonus: more research tools, including ChatGPT Web Search, Perplexity, and Concensus (for academic research.)
You pick the domain that costs you the most time and build one assistant around it.
Email Assistant. AI reads your inbox, triages every message into three buckets (respond today, this week, FYI only), and generates a suggested opening sentence for each red-flag email, so you start your morning already knowing where your attention belongs. You connect your inbox directly or paste the last 24 hours of email; either way, the scanning and sorting is no longer yours to do.
Writing Assistant. Paste in rough notes, bullets, or a messy paragraph and get back a clean draft calibrated to your workflow, audience, and tone of voice, plus a review checklist flagging what only you can verify. The shift is from writing to editing: AI handles the blank page, you handle the judgment.
Data Analysis Assistant. Upload any dataset and AI surfaces the three most important patterns, then writes the narrative your specific audience needs: not a data dump, but the story of what matters, what it means, and what to do next. The same numbers get a different frame for a board, a client, or a team.
Meeting Assistant. Paste a transcript and walk away with a complete post-meeting package: summary, confirmed decisions, action items with named owners, open questions, and a follow-up message ready to send. The fifteen minutes after the call becomes the most productive part of the meeting.
(You're free to do multiple during or after the program – you'll retain access to the content and instructions in perpetuity.)
Plus real-world demos including "Newsletter-to-Outreach Assistant" (Strategic Advisor Jinnee Lim), "Call Transcripts to LinkedIn Posts" (Makato CEO Christoffer Mattsson), and "Board Meeting Scheduling App" (Flowpass CEO Johan Bjuregård).
You pick the creative output that matters most to your work and build one assistant around it.
Video Avatar. Record yourself once, and you have an AI version of yourself that can generate new videos from a script alone. No camera, no editing, no production pipeline: write the message, render it in HeyGen, and drop a polished video into a deck, Slack channel, or async briefing in minutes.
AI Visuals. Your strategic thinking lives in your head or a buried doc. This exercise turns your North Star into a single, shareable infographic: pillars, one-line descriptions, and a layout ready to anchor a team planning meeting or board slide.
Presentation Creation. AI acts as your strategist, writer, and designer: give it raw inputs (notes, data, bullets, a brief) and get back a slide-by-slide outline with a thesis and a clear ask, then generate the full deck in Gamma, Copilot for PowerPoint, or Gemini for Google Slides.
Plus real-world demos including "Internal Communications Producer" (Sofia Hansson, TRATON Financial Services), "NotebookLM Infographic Assistant" (Katarina Noén, Head of Learning, Ericsson), and "VC Presentation Maker" (Sherrise Pond, VC Investor, Anthemis).
Most of the tools you actually need don't exist, or they cost $50K and do 80% of what you want.
Vibe coding closes that gap: describe the decision you need help with, let AI draft something you can click through in Lovable, ChatGPT Canvas, or Gemini Canvas, and steer it from there.
Plus real-world demos including "ROI Calculator" (Chris De Vylder, CRO at Sentry), "Feature Prioritization App" (Maria Korteleva, Senior Product Manager), and "Digital Trading Platform Prototype" (Helena Hörnebrant).
In our second and final live session of the course, we turn vibe coding theory into practice.
You'll build a working app for a recurring workflow in your role, from a scorecard or scenario planner to a prioritization tool or decision dashboard.
Plus, Q&A for Week 2 lessons and instructions for getting certified and our exciting Demo Day.
The session runs twice: 10 AM CET / 5 PM SGT and 10 AM ET / 4 PM CET.
This and all live sessions are recorded.
By now you have a Board of Directors, an Insight Assistant, a Research Agent, and at least one Productivity Assistant.
This week is dedicated time to finish building the rest, refine what you've already built, and develop any additional high-impact workflows for your role, with daily support from three expert AI coaches.
The program closes with a live session where cohort members demo their best assistant to invited guests and the full cohort: what it does, how it was built, and what it changed about how they work.
Graduates consistently call it a highlight of the program, and a practical source of inspiration for expanding their AI team further.
The program ends with a preview of what's coming next in AI: agentic systems that don't just respond, but act, decide, and run without you.
- Intro to Agentic AI. The three terms every leader needs to understand (AI, agent, agentic), the four-landmark spectrum from chatbot to fully autonomous system, and the one question that cuts through the vendor noise: how agentic is it, really?
- Demo: ChatGPT Agent and Codex. ChatGPT's Atlas browser checks calendar availability and reads a live LinkedIn profile without a human clicking through each step; Codex splits a long video into separate reels by running terminal commands autonomously, start to finish.
- Demo: Claude Cowork and Claude Code. Three levels of the autonomy spectrum in one video: Claude as a familiar assistant, Claude in Chrome navigating LinkedIn as an agent, and Cowork running a full weekly pipeline review from HubSpot with no human in the loop, including a live dashboard, contact mapping, and risk flags.
- Agentic AI in Business. How to evaluate any agent product using three practical questions, the trigger-decision-action-report loop that underlies every agent system, and a preview of the next program: Agentic AI Applied to Business.

Taught by operators who have led real transformation

Paweł, co-founder & Chief Growth Officer of Lead with AI, has spent 16+ years building businesses and growing frontline teams across Vietnam. First as a speaker, trainer, and coach, then leading impact partnerships and business development at iCare Benefits, then founding and scaling tech to power customer-facing workforces in retail, F&B, and financial services. He sees AI not as another productivity tool, but as the thing that finally lets people spend their time in their zone of strength.

Henrik, co-founder & Managing Director, Europe of Lead with AI, spent 20+ years inside some of the world's most complex organizations. First as a strategy consultant, then running large-scale global operations. He sees AI not as a tool to evaluate, but as the thing that finally lets leaders operate the way they've always intended to. Before teaching that shift, he made it himself as a student in Lead with AI's own executive program. Most recently, he led strategy for Sodexo's 65,000-person, 18-country operation across Europe.

Phil has spent 20+ years figuring out why work breaks down, and what to do about it. He sees work as a system: the technical choices, the spatial ones, and the behavioral ones all connect. Pull on one and the others move. He writes about this weekly in The Workline, a newsletter for leaders navigating modern work transformation. Prior to launching his advisory business, Phil held workplace experience leadership roles at McKinsey, WeWork, JLL, and Credit Suisse. His background in computer science helps him test and teach new tools quickly.

AI Leader Advanced is a personalized, cohort-based program that uses LeadOS, our proprietary AI operating system, to tailor every lesson, prompt, and exercise to your role, industry, and workflows.
Unlike generic AI courses with a fixed syllabus:
- You complete a 15-minute intake interview before day one
- You receive a custom AI leadership profile and role-specific prompt templates
- Every exercise and assistant build is personalized to your actual workflows
Cohorts are capped at 25 participants.
This is intentional: it keeps live sessions genuinely interactive, gives every participant direct access to coaches, and creates a peer group tight enough that people actually learn from each other. Graduates consistently call the cohort one of the highlights of the program.
The program has achieved a 94 NPS across cohorts including leaders from Google, Harvard, McKinsey, and PepsiCo, and a 100% success rate: every participant has deployed at least one working AI assistant by graduation.
Yes. AI Leader Advanced is fully platform-agnostic.
Every lesson and demo covers ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Copilot in parallel. You follow the track that matches your company environment and build all assistants on your platform of choice:
- ChatGPT users build Custom GPTs and ChatGPT Projects
- Copilot users build Copilot Agents
- Gemini users build Gems
- Claude users build Claude Projects
Everything you build is directly usable in your day-to-day work, not just a theoretical exercise.
Yes. The program is designed for senior leaders with full schedules.
- 10 self-guided daily lessons, each approximately 30 minutes
- No live attendance required and all sessions are recorded
- Lessons can be batched or spread across the day as your calendar allows
- An optional third week provides extra coaching time and build support before graduation
The four Friday live sessions are included for those who want real-time coaching and community, but completing them is never a requirement to get full value from the program.
After purchase, you receive a Welcome email with an "Access your course" button linking directly to the course platform at member.leadwithai.co.
All lessons, exercises, demos, and recordings are hosted there throughout the program and remain accessible indefinitely after graduation.
