Dr. Frederique “Freddie” Covington Corbett is a leadership researcher, educator, and former Chief of Global Brand & Marketing at UNICEF, whose work sits at the intersection of leadership, organizational change, and emerging technology.

She holds a PhD in Global Leadership & Change from Pepperdine University and is co-author of The Human-Agent Orchestrator, exploring how leaders and organizations can navigate the shift toward hybrid teams of humans and AI agents.
