Turn your working style into a reusable operating manual

Presented by

Most collaboration problems aren’t about effort or intent. They come from missing context. To tackle this challenge, Lead with AI graduate Anat Oron shared a powerful prompt to take your context with you when you explore a new LLM.

To structure the output strategically, a Work-With-Me guide fixes that.

As an operating manual, it becomes a portable context of how you work in practice, where you’re fast, where you’re cautious, and where things tend to break.

Click one of the two prompts below to create your guide.

Let the AI do the work based on past interaction:

Create a Work-With-Me Guide when you already have a meaningful history with ChatGPT.

Let AI interview for even more detail:

Create a Work-With-Me Guide when you want to start fresh. It uses a short, structured interview to validate assumptions before producing the final guide.

Short on time but curious where AI could actually help?

On Thursday, February 12, we’re hosting a free 30-minute live session for busy, non-technical senior leaders on how to get real time back with AI.

This is not a theory session.

You’ll see practical case studies, including how Henrik Jarleskog reclaimed roughly two days per week using simple, repeatable AI workflows in his role as Regional Director and Head of Strategy and Future of Work at Sodexo.

In just 30 minutes, you’ll walk away with:

  • Clear examples of AI assistants leaders use for inbox, meetings, research, communicating ideas more clearly, and more.
  • A simple way to identify which parts of your work are worth tackling with AI
  • A practical workflow you can apply immediately

We’re joined by senior leaders from Harvard and Ericsson, sharing how they apply AI in real leadership work.

📅 February 12🕒 3:00 pm CET⏱ 30 minutes plus optional Q&A🎟 Free to attend

If time is your real constraint, this session is worth blocking your calendar for.

Anthropic releases Claude Opus 4.6 for deeper, more reliable reasoning

Anthropic has unveiled Claude Opus 4.6, the newest iteration of its flagship large language model. This version focuses on deeper intelligence and expanded capabilities for coding, autonomous workflows, and enterprise-scale context handling.

Key updates:

  • 1 million token context window (beta): Opus 4.6 introduces an extremely long context capability, enabling work on large documents, codebases, and extended tasks without losing track of information.
  • Stronger coding and reasoning: The model offers significant improvements in coding performance, debugging, planning, and long-running workflows, including better performance in agentic and autonomous multi-step tasks.
  • Stronger support for Excel and PowerPoint: Anthropic has made substantial upgrades to Claude in Microsoft Excel, and is releasing Claude in Microsoft PowerPoint in a research preview.
  • Agent teams for complex coding tasks: In Claude Code, you can spin up multiple agents that work in parallel on independent, read-heavy tasks like codebase reviews.
  • Competitive benchmarks: Early evaluations suggest Opus 4.6 outperforms its predecessor and competes strongly with other frontier models on enterprise-grade tests and reasoning benchmarks.

Opus 4.6 is available on Claude for Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise users.

Perplexity launches Model Council for multi-model AI comparison

Perplexity has introduced Model Council, a new research feature available to Max subscribers that runs a single query across several frontier models, such as Claude Opus 4.6, GPT-5.2, and Gemini 3 Pro, and then synthesizes a combined answer that highlights where the responses agree, where they differ, and what each model uniquely finds.

OpenAI unveils GPT-5.3-Codex with expanded agentic capabilities

OpenAI has released GPT-5.3-Codex, the next major upgrade to its agentic coding and productivity model. GPT-5.3-Codex builds on GPT-5.2-Codex with faster performance, stronger reasoning, and the ability to handle longer, more complex, multi-step tasks directly on a computer. The model can now act more like a digital teammate by researching, writing, debugging, and executing software development work with less prompting and greater autonomy.
