A long-time entrepreneur and former AIESEC and World Economic Forum leader, Pawel previously founded Tribee, a VC-backed AI sales enablement platform focused on increasing frontline teams performance. His career has centered on using technology to elevate human performance, a philosophy closely aligned with Lead With AI’s mission of increasing impact per hour through AI.
As Chief Growth Officer, Pawel will oversee global growth strategy, operational execution, hiring, and system design, building the infrastructure required to scale transformation while continuously improving the quality. He will co-architect the company’s next phase alongside Founder & CEO Daan van Rossum and cofounders Jonah Levey and Henrik Jarleskog.
